UPS PAY CAMPAIGN UPDATE
Following campaigning from the Redbridge NEU to remove performance-related pay and ensure annual pay progression for all teachers including those on the upper pay spine, we are pleased to report that the Redbridge Local Authority has confirmed that pay progression on the upper pay scale will be annual and not biennial. The pay increment for all teachers should be applied in November’s pay and will be back-dated to September 2025. Main Pay Scale Teachers: You will be moving up
